Hello to my new website and including my own blog!
Those of you, who know me, know I shoot from the hip and tell it like it is. I will be doing some commentary on various newsworthy items to us in the lending industry and appraisal news and updates of our own happenings. There will be items of concern in all facets of real estate and things to help us all.
Take your time and go through the website and you will find all kinds of useful data already, and it will only get bigger and better as we go along.
This is also the home of Lehigh Valley Assessment Appeal. I happed to feel that property taxes, like many other things are out of control. This happens many times when other people are in control of spending "our" money. There is a possible way to put more money back into your own pockets through appealing your tax assessment.
Back in 1991 and 1995 when both Northampton and Lehigh Counties reassessed everyone, I had very good success in getting many lowered for clients. I have all of the data here for over 20 years of sales and am in a good position to continue to have assessments lowered. There will be more on this but you can read on what all is involved by hitting the tab across the top of the home page.
